I would like to take this opportunity to say how funny I think it is that there are a faction of Republicans who want to move to Canada since the election didn't go their way. As I understand it, they didn't want Obama to be President because they believe he's a socialist. They have no love for a socialist government, universal health care, higher taxes, equal rights, or the French.
And they want to go to Canada.
Muwhahahahahahahah. HAHAHAHAHAHAH. HAH!
Speaks volumes about informed voters, doesn't it?
I've been trying to think of a place these folks can go. A country that allows few personal freedoms, especially when it comes to women or those with a different skin colour or religion. A country with lax gun control. And a place where businesses do pretty much whatever they want without any government interference. A place where if you've got nothing to hide you don't have to worry. Where health care and public education are not a "hand out"- where you have to work hard to afford them.
The Congo? Chad?
